Job description
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a psychiatric clinic setting
- Conduct physical examinations and assessments of patients
- Prescribe/Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and evaluate patients' mental and physical health status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely
Experience:
- Previous experience in psychiatric care
- Proficient in performing physical examinations and assessments
- Familiarity with health coaching principles and techniques
- Strong anatomy knowledge to understand the effects of medications on the body
