Prior experience as an optician or working for an eyecare clinic preferred.

Job responsibilities include:
- Gathering patient medical history and enter information in EMR
- Cross training on patient work-ups for the doctor
- Checking patients in
- Assisting patients with contact lens education
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and workplace
- Eyeglass adjustments, repairs and troubleshooting
- Eyeglass and contact lens sales
- Helping patients select new glasses
- Verifying patient insurance benefits and explaining them to patients
Schedule is 40 hours a week Monday-Friday-- No Weekends!
Salary is dependent on experience! We offer a generous $400 monthly bonus to cover health care costs and paid time off of 3 weeks to start, following probationary period. We also offer staff a 401(k) retirement option with matching!
