What are the responsibilities and job description for the Eye Clinic Assistant/ Receptionist position at Envision Eye Care?
Our office is seeking an optometric assistant/receptionist. You must be fluent in English & Spanish. Job duties include verifying insurances, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, pre-exam testing, cleaning office, and dispensing contact lenses to patients. We are looking for someone to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:50-5:30 and occasionally on Saturday's from 9:00-1:00. Experience working in reception is a plus but we will train. There will be days where you will need to fill in at our other office in Little Rock about 10 minutes away. Compensation will be consistent with experience.
