As a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator you will represent Envision Cold to our drivers, customers and staff. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, you will be the one to keep things organized and moving along as things should. Your exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, will be critical to your success and the success of the business.
This job is an Administrative position, requiring the Associate to correspond with our customers via email, phone and text. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are required. Computer and typing skills required. Associates WILL NOT be operating warehouse equipment or handling inventory. Candidates MUST HAVE experience reviewing and entering invoices, Bills of Lading (BOL) and various customs documents. Experience working in cold storage, specifically fresh produce, is highly preferred.
Please note, our hours of operation are 8:00AM - 11:00PM Monday - Friday and typically 8:00AM - 6:00PM Saturdays. This position will require any hired associate to be able to work any shift/any day as needed. This include over-time, which may be significant depending on business.

What You’ll Do (including, But Not Limited To)
- Verify shipping and receiving information, prepare documents, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other necessary
- Paperwork.
- Communicate with carriers to establish efficiency with shipping and delivery of products.
- Sign drivers in and out.
- Direct carriers to dock doors upon arrival and update in system to ensure accuracy upon unloading/loading of goods and materials.
- Organize and prioritize workload, working with tight deadlines.
- Assist with coordinating the activities of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform other duties as assigned/needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Administrative skills in Shipping and Receiving required.
- Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Fluency with the English language, including high proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
- Ideal candidates will be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Good attendance record and good work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize needs and reassess business demands.
- Capable of working in a very fast-paced and ever-changing day-to-day operation while being able to stay on task and multi-task as needed.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Typing speeds of 45 wpm.
