We are looking to hire an Office Mananger to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, greet visitors, answer calls, and prepare documents.Office Operations: Maintain inventory of supplies, order new items as needed, and coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.Staff Coordination: Supervise administrative staff, assist with on-boarding new employees, and enforce company policies. Provide administrative assistance to management teamLogistics & Scheduling: Organize meetings and appointments. Encourage and improve internal communication between management and technicians.Vendor Relations: Manage contracts, relationships, and invoicing with service providers and/or sub-contractors.Qualifications:Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain an orderly office environment. Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields dealing with building services or construction. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, clients, and vendors.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with scheduling tools, databases, or QuickBooks software.
