Position Overview:
As an HVAC Sales Manager at Environmental Systems Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and overseeing the performance of the sales team. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our HVAC division.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and mentor the HVAC sales team, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:
- HVAC License for the State of CT.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a strong understanding of the industry.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
