- 5 years dealership experience managing parts sales, inventory and staff within the automotive, truck or bus parts industry
- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to achieve and maintain Navistar and Thermo King parts certifications
- Strong computers skills including dealership software, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
