Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial or residential spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment, including floor buffers and custodial tools.
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocol adherence.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy objects safely during cleaning tasks or custodial duties.
- Maintain sanitation standards across all areas by disinfecting surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Support facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any cleaning-related concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
