This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
Qualifications:

In addition to the basic entry education requirements, you must have specialized experience and/or directly related education as described below:
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as developing operational goals, timelines, and plans for completing mission essential tasks; identifying and resolving performance issues and devising strategies for improvement; and representing the Regional Administrator and region's interests on national forums and to external stakeholders.

- Serve as advisor to Regional management on a broad spectrum of human capital
matters. - Supervise and lead the regional human capital staff.
