In addition to the basic entry education requirements, you must have specialized experience and/or directly related education as described below:
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as leading a team or project within an environmental protection program; maintaining relationships with and building consensus among diverse stakeholders; and presenting technical information and policy alternatives to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities:
You will:
- Manage, direct, and coordinate activities intended to facilitate accomplishment of the Long Island Sound Partnership (LISP) Management Conference objectives.
- Develop support necessary for and assist in the implementation and achievement of environmental goals as stipulated in the LISP Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP).
- Serves as the Agency’s principal spokesperson for the LISP.
