Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our Parts Team. In this role, you will manage stock and supply ordering for our Operations and Parts business, working closely with internal teams across 9 branches spanning the Southeast to ensure smooth procurement processes and accurate inventory management. This is a high-impact position that requires strong analytical thinking, vendor relationship management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock and supply purchase orders for the Operations and Parts business
- Issue and track stock POs to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Expedite orders for the parts team to minimize delays
- Work with parts manager at the branch level on stock counts and overviews
- Draft and distribute internal memos and procurement communications
- Support product class changes and catalog updates
- Collaborate on additional procurement tasks as assigned
- Work directly with accounting and other departments to resolve invoicing issues
- Manage and review obsolete inventory reports
- Run and distribute weekly KPI reports for all branches
- Sourcing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented with a positive, growth-focused mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CDK experience a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Reliable commute to Apopka, FL 32703, or willingness to relocate prior to start
