Environmental Marketing Services, LLC (EMS) is hiring a Inside Marketing Assistant to support our customer service and sales teams through high-volume outbound business outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Make 100 outbound calls daily to business customers
• Ask structured marketing and service-related questions
• Collect and document contact, waste, and service information
• Enter and update data in Salesforce and internal systems
• Send follow-up emails and route qualified information internally
• Follow established call scripts and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to follow scripts and processes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 40 WPM typing speed (tested at interview)
• Reliable, full-time availability

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $21.00 per hour
• No nights or weekends

Benefits start after 90 days
Interviews are conducted in person at our Seneca, SC office.
