What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor - Industrial & Environmental Services position at Environmental Earth-Wise, Inc.?
This is a role for an Industrial & Environmental Services Field Supervisor position. Extensive experience working in plant/refineries performing tank cleaning/hydroblasting/etc. as well as responding to oil/chemical spills is REQUIRED. This position demands strong communication, paperwork/documentation, and leadership skills. A strong ability to lead, teach, and problem solve in the field must be demonstrated. Candidates for this position must be able to run a job/response safely and efficiently while maintaining constant communication with company management and client representatives. You will be responsible for managing projects/spills start to finish, which includes: Ordering Equipment, Staffing the job, paperwork, client interaction, etc. You will also assist in identifying/interviewing/hiring qualified Industrial/ER technicians. We are looking to hire 1 - 2 strong candidates for this role ASAP. MUST have TWIC, 40HR HAZWOPER, Valid Drivers License, Clean background (DISA). Equipment operating experience is a plus. Minimum of 5 years experience in the industry is required with verifiable references (we will call).
