Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc. is seeking an Office Coordinator to support a large construction project in Marshall, MI. This role combines office oversight with real-time interpretation to ensure clear communication and compliance in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong computer skills and willing to play a “clean up” role and help out with duties from other departments.
- Assist with meetings, badging in new vendors or returning personnel.
- Provide assistance to various departments as needed.
- Support communication during training and day-to-day operations.
- Strong communication, writing, and computer skills.
- Local candidates preferred; per diem considered.
- Available to start immediately.
