What You’ll Do
As the EHS Training Specialist, you will be the first line of safety leadership for those entering our manufacturing plants or construction sites. You will:
✅ Lead engaging new-hire safety orientations (in-person & virtual)
✅ Deliver OSHA-required and skills-based training including:
- PPE & hazard communication
- Hand & power tool safety
- Lockout/Tagout, machine guarding, fall protection
- Confined space, hot work, scaffolding, rigging
- ✅ Support multilingual learning with translation tools
- ✅ Verify technical skills through hands-on assessments
- ✅ Maintain training records in the digital safety system
- ✅ Partner with supervisors & Learning/Talent Development to ensure every employee has the right safety qualifications for their role
You’ll help build confidence, capability, and a strong safety mindset from day one.
What You Bring
✔ 3 years delivering safety training in manufacturing or construction
✔ Ability to simplify technical safety topics and connect with diverse teams
✔ Strong computer skills with digital training platforms
✔ Experience teaching Authorized/Qualified Person programs preferred
✔ Certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST a plus
✔ A passion for influencing people and driving continuous improvement
