JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
This position requires a 5 years in accounts receivable. Advanced education a plus. Degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Manage and guide a team of AR Specialists. Oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure all AR activities comply with regulations and company policies.
- Ensure timely payments, manage collections and customer disputes, and resolve payment issues.
- Match payments to invoices.
- Prepare reports for accounts receivable reporting for month/quarter/year end.
- Support audits.
- Identify areas for improvement in AR processes and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to keep communication open.
- Any other job-related duties as may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Background in the Construction industry preferred, specifically in the area of billing and collections.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with COINS a plus.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Products.
- Require intermediate Excel skill level; working knowledge of Pivot Tables, Sum Functions, and V/X look ups.
- Ability to analyze complex issues. Problem solve and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work in fast paced, high volume work environment and pivot workload as needed and required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organization skills, time management, and attention to detail is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures and standards.
