Qualifications
Education and Experience: Experience equivalent to two years of skilled fulltime labor and trades experience
NSQs: A valid motor vehicle operator's license may be required for employment in some positions.
Overview
This position has a variety of responsibilities, including the requirement of a candidate to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment while working in indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Perform landscaping and equipment operation at a semi-skilled level.
- Support the general maintenance of park equipment used to perform the job. Maintain and keep all in good working condition.
- Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, masonry, mechanical repair, and painting.
- Complete minor janitorial duties.
- Share technical knowledge and skills to facilitate accomplishing projects as a team.

- Knowledge of principles, equipment, and tools involved in fire prevention, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and cleaning work
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects and bend, stretch, twist, or reach with one's body, arms, and/or legs
