We're looking for a hunter-type sales rep for our Fayetteville, GA and surrounding market areas; a territory ripe with opportunity.
You’ll have a large, exclusive territory with thousands of prospective customers. This is a "target rich environment" for someone that is a hunter-type sales personality. If that kind of selling is your lifestyle, you'll flourish here!
It's a great earning opportunity: Our salespeople typically make $75k or more in their 1st year. Our top salespeople grow their incomes to over $120k. The pay plan includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a vehicle allowance.
The successful candidate should have proven experience in new sales development, in-person cold calling, and B2B “hunter” type selling.

What it takes:
· Someone who is HUNGRY and can effectively pull 25-35 doors per day
· The ability to effectively manage a territory with a healthy mix of in-person prospecting and strategic follow-ups
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Willingness to be coachable and able to take constructive feedback
· Capability to overcome objections and ask great questions
· Solid organizational skills and effective pipeline management
Compensation includes:
- Base salary
- Bonus pay based on performance
- Commissions
- Auto and cell phone allowance
Target Compensation:
Your compensation will grow YOY based on performance metrics and is a mix of base salary commissions.
Year 1 - $75,000-$85,000 annually
Year 2 - $90,000-$110,000 annually
