Job Purpose: As a Utility Technician at Enviro-Master Services, you will play a vital role in fostering customer relationships, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and operating specialized equipment. This position requires organizational skills, punctuality, and efficient time management while providing comprehensive services to various industries such as restaurants, schools, gyms, healthcare, manufacturing, and childcare facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute unique restroom sanitization services with precision.
- Cultivate strong customer rapport by delivering exceptional service and fostering connections.
- Install new customer accounts as per agreement terms.
- Repair soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers across various substrates.
- Deliver restroom supplies promptly and accurately.
- Perform scrubbing, pressure washing, and operate equipment for comprehensive cleaning of walls and floors at customer locations.
- Perform the Restore, Protect, Maintain window service, Foaming Drain service and more as needed.
- Additional income opportunities by offering product/service solutions.
- Typical hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for evenings or weekend assignments.
Qualifications:
- English proficiency (bilingual skills are advantageous!).
- Capability to work independently following training.
- Proficiency in hand tools, drills, and basic machinery required.
- Clean driving record and access to a functional smartphone with a data plan.
- Ability to lift 45 pounds, regular physical activity, and enthusiasm for hard work and maintaining cleanliness.
