Floating Cleaner / Custodial Support
Position A: 2nd Shift, Set Schedule, $19.00/hr
Position B: 2nd Shift, Flexible Schedule, $20.00/hr
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: serving the Greater Holland area
Paid travel between work sites and mileage
$1,000 Hiring Bonus
- $250 after 30 days
- $250 after 60, 90 and 120 days!
(subject to terms and conditions)
Floating Cleaner / Custodial Support team members are trusted, go-to team members who support different locations as needed and gain experience across multiple environments.
What You’ll Do
- Travel between assigned sites to support cleaning teams; approx. 5-25 miles
- Duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom care
- Clean common areas such as offices, breakrooms, locker rooms, stairwells, and high-touch surfaces
- Use cleaning equipment such as backpack vacuums and floor scrubbers (training provided)
- Follow site-specific procedures to keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for use
Who We’re Looking For
- Dependable and motivated individuals
- Ability to adapt to different sites and work independently
- Cleaning experience helpful, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation (paid mileage and drive time) (company vehicles available based on daily operations)
