Assistant Custodial Manager

Location: serving Davenport University in South Kentwood/Caledonia area
Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Janitorial Manager to support custodial operations in a school environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on training staff, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and support custodial staff to ensure consistent quality
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs
- Lead by example by maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
- Step in to assist with cleaning tasks as needed
- Support the Manager with communication and team coordination
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Experience in cleaning, facilities, or a related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
