Summary:
Envipco seeks a proactive Commercial Marketing Specialist to turn marketing strategy into effective sales tools and campaigns. The role supports commercial teams across Europe, ensuring consistent communication and elevating sales materials to a world-class standard while driving customer engagement and new business.
Sales Enablement
Create and update brochures, case studies, presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
Work with sales and product teams to translate product features into compelling customer benefits.
Support tenders and proposals with tailored content and visual assets.
Keep all materials current, on-brand, and easy for commercial teams to access.
Maintain and organize the sales content library for consistency and efficiency.
Commercial Marketing
Ensure all communications align with Envipco’s global brand across print, presentations, and proposals.
Partner with regional sales teams to adapt materials for local markets and languages.
Insights and Reporting
Track how sales materials are used and assess their effectiveness.
Help continually improve and expand the commercial communication library.
Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
5 years in B2B marketing, ideally within industrial technology, retail, or sustainability.
Experience working closely with commercial or sales teams is a strong advantage.
Strong commercial mindset — you understand how marketing drives growth and supports sales.
Confident, proactive communicator who can share ideas, align stakeholders, and keep information flowing.
Strong visual and written storytelling skills, with a good sense of what makes materials engaging and effective.
Experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
Ability to translate complex or technical product features into clear customer value.
Excellent written and spoken English; additional EU languages are an advantage.
