Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy planning for growth, breaking bottlenecks, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll cross-collaborate with leadership, customer success, and clinical teams to support our Virginia operations, making an impact starting Day One.
Key Responsibilities
Support market expansion by researching regulations, set up CRM systems and properties (HubSpot), and ensure smooth handoffs across all teams.
Introduce and implement new tools, processes, and templates (i.e. playbooks, administrative workflows, fillable templates and PDFs).
Conduct analyses to provide insights that shape our day-to-day operations and long-term strategy goals.
Partner closely with the State General Manager to execute strategy and accelerate market growth.
Travel with our clinical team to understand their workflows and optimize our processes.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in business strategy, operations, or related field.
Analytically-driven. You excel in business analytics and market research, using data to inform and guide your decision-making. You turn insights into actions.
Process-oriented. You possess strong organizational and process-design skills, enabling you to tackle your day head-on and create scalable workflows.
Proficiency in CRMs and other programs (i.e. Excel); eager to learn new tools and implement new ideas for the company’s growth.
Comfortable with hands-on work—whether that’s riding along with nurses, setting up systems, or troubleshooting processes.
Self-starter with curiosity, ambition to grow, and an impact-driven mindset. This role is full-time position where you must take extreme ownership and drive critical goals.
Willingness to travel to support our strategy and expansion efforts.
