What You'll Do

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate fee revenue forecasts and ensuring that our engineering practices align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience managing substation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or equivalent
- 2 years of experience managing engineering projects.
- Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- General project management experience. Ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and coordinate site walks as necessary.
- MUST live near Baltimore, MD
