Position Summary
Entrega is seeking a Manager of Project Delivery to lead, develop, and manage the Project Delivery team across multiple client engagements.
This role sits within the Project Delivery function and is responsible for people leadership, capability development, and delivery execution consistency across Project Delivery resources. The Manager ensures that delivery staff are operating effectively within the delivery model, producing high-quality outputs, and progressing in their development.
This is not a client relationship ownership role. This role does not replace delivery accountability held by engagement leadership. Instead, this role is responsible for ensuring the strength, consistency, and performance of the Project Delivery capability across the organization.
This role may also contribute directly to client delivery in targeted scenarios to support complex engagements, reinforce delivery standards, and maintain proximity to execution.

- Team Leadership & People Management
- Manage and develop Project Delivery Analysts, Leads, Managers, and Directors
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management across the team
- Support career progression, capability development, and role clarity
- Ensure consistent expectations and standards across all team members
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and development planning
- Delivery Capability & Execution Standards
- Establish and reinforce consistent delivery expectations and execution standards
- Ensure Project Delivery staff operate with structure, discipline, and accountability
- Identify gaps in execution quality, consistency, or approach and address them
- Promote best practices in delivery execution across engagements
- Ensure alignment between role expectations and actual day-to-day execution
- Resource Effectiveness & Deployment Support
- Partner with Resource Operations and Planning to support effective staffing decisions
- Ensure team members are appropriately aligned to roles based on capability and experience
- Provide input on resource readiness, performance, and suitability for assignments
- Monitor team utilization and engagement alignment at a high level
- Support resolution of resource-related delivery challenges
- Delivery Oversight & Issue Escalation
- Maintain visibility into delivery execution across engagements
- Identify performance risks, execution gaps, or team-related challenges
- Support resolution of delivery issues related to execution quality or team performance
- Escalate systemic issues impacting delivery effectiveness
- Ensure consistent follow-through on identified risks and actions
- Selective Delivery Contribution
- Contribute directly to delivery execution on select engagements where additional leadership or experience is required
- Support complex workstreams, escalations, or critical delivery milestones as needed
- Provide hands-on guidance and execution support in high-impact delivery situations
- Reinforce delivery standards and model behaviors through direct engagement in client work
- Balance billable contribution with primary responsibility for team leadership and capability development
- Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with delivery leadership (including Service Delivery Manager) to ensure alignment between delivery expectations and team performance
- Collaborate with Project Management, Planning, and Operations functions to ensure coordinated execution
- Ensure Project Delivery roles are clearly understood and properly utilized across engagements
- Reinforce alignment between delivery execution and broader organizational goals

- 6–10 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based delivery environments
- Proven experience managing and developing delivery teams
- Strong understanding of structured delivery models and execution frameworks
- Experience overseeing execution across multiple engagements or workstreams
- Ability to identify performance gaps and drive improvement
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to operate across both strategic and execution-focused responsibilities
- High level of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline
- Experience working cross-functionally with delivery, operations, and staffing teams
