Summary
Responsible for assisting with sales of our radio and television advertising. Performs daily responsibilities including entering contracts, sending pre-emption notices, preparing makegoods based on ratings and preparing post analysis. Aids in ensuring the completion of advertising spots.
Essential Functions
- Collects monies from clients that are past due and from those that will need to prepay.
- Enters contracts
- Sends pre-emption notices and prepares makegood offers
- Properly fills out traffic, promotions, and production orders.
- Aids in the production of advertising spots and scripts and ensuring their completion.
