Rate: $10/hr on W2 all inclusive
● First point of contact for IT issues (calls, emails, ServiceNow tickets).
● Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
● Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
● Support server/network devices (hands-and-feet support).
● Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams.
● Maintain IT asset records and follow ITIL best practices.
● Improve First Call Resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
