Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Submit Daily Purchase Orders for Assigned Suppliers
- Follow-Up on Open Orders for Tracking and Invoice Information
- Follow-Up on Back Orders for Updated Availability
- Verify Price, Delivery and Open PO ETA Accuracy
- Communicate Order Updates to Sales, Product, and Marketing Teams
- Review and Expedite Product to Maintain In-Stock Availability
- Obtain Credits for Short-Shipped Products
- Provide Resolution for Invoice Discrepancies
- Providing a positive customer experience by maintaining availability goals and finding alternatives for unavailable products.
- Honest and transparent communication creating win-win partnerships between our customers, associates, and vendors.
- Collaboration with other departments and suppliers to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, extra parts, etc within the respective SLAs.
- Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve and take active measures towards resolution independently, while collaborating with other team members, departments and vendors when appropriate.
- Display the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback as a means of professional development.
- Proficient in software applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word
- Willingness to be flexible and a team player
