What You’ll Do
- Drive a Culture of Safety – Promote and enforce safety practices through inspections, audits, and training.
- Oversee Daily Warehouse Operations – Optimize cost-effective, efficient, and accurate processes.
- Optimize Systems and Processes – Implement improvements to reporting, information flow, and planning.
- Manage Inventory Accuracy – Maintain asset control, oversee loss prevention, and support client delivery goals.
- Lead with Purpose – Support team success through training, performance management, coaching, and compliance.
- Develop Training Programs – Provide employee training in safety, forklift operations, discipline-specific tasks, and career progression.
- Champion Continuous Improvement – Lead long-term planning initiatives and contribute to strategic objectives.
- Ensure Show Readiness – Guarantee timely project delivery, accurate returns, and fleet compliance with DOT guidelines.
- Conduct Audits & Cycle Counts – Prepare for annual inventory, monitor missing items, and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain Facility Standards – Oversee maintenance and housekeeping of warehouse space and equipment.
- Contribute to Strategic Direction – Collaborate with the National Warehouse Operations Manager on QC procedures and improvements.
- Proven leadership in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
- Experience driving quality assurance and safety initiatives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive, team-first mindset with the ability to coach and mentor others.
- Knowledge of DOT compliance, asset tracking systems, and AV operations a plus.
