Compensation: $88,060 – $106,097 base salary (based on experience and qualifications) Commission
Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | Travel up to 50%

Are you a driven relationship-builder with a passion for live events and cutting-edge technology? LMG is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our Show Services team.

We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional who already knows the live events industry—someone with established networks, proven revenue results, and the ability to hit the ground running.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies that expand LMG’s presence in the live event market.

✅ Develop and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong profit margins
✅ Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
✅ Leverage existing relationships within the live event and production industry to accelerate growth
✅ Partner with internal Account Executives and Project teams to ensure seamless client experiences
✅ Accurately track all sales activities in CRM, maintaining detailed records of accounts, opportunities, and progress
✅ Stay informed on competitive trends and market developments, sharing insights with leadership
✅ Represent LMG through industry organizations, associations, and events

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise – 5–10 years in business development or sales within the AV, live events, or production industry
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven Results – Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Communication & Negotiation – Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
Strategic Thinking – Ability to analyze opportunities, forecast revenue, and manage pipelines effectively
Leadership – Capable of mentoring others and representing LMG at the highest level
