What You'll Do
- Ensure equipment readiness by performing visual and functional inspections of lighting fixtures, control systems, and accessories before deployment.
- Prepare accurate show orders by verifying equipment condition, cleanliness, firmware updates, and order accuracy.
- Validate performance and reliability by testing lighting systems using appropriate consoles and accessories to simulate real-world event conditions.
- Support equipment quality standards by identifying discrepancies and communicating equipment issues requiring repair or replacement.
- Maintain inventory readiness by assisting with post-show returns, documenting damaged equipment, and returning gear to inventory.
- Keep operations organized by maintaining clean, efficient prep and storage areas and following established quality-control procedures.
- Collaborate across disciplines by supporting video, LED, and audio teams during show preparation activities when needed.
- Contribute to warehouse operations during high-volume preparation periods and other equipment handling activities.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training or certification is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in live production or equipment handling, preferably with lighting equipment.
- Knowledge of lighting systems, fixtures, accessories, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management and ability to follow tasks through to completion.

Salary : $17 - $22
