Description
Primary Job Duties:
• Responsible for room setups for events per layout on banquet order
• Resetting all banquet rooms and areas to the default setting
• Maintain appropriate food levels on group buffets, platters, drink stations, etc.
• Assisting with delivering the best possible experience for group clients and notifying Management immediately if assistance is needed
• Greeting and communicating with guests and answering basic group related questions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the event area throughout the event
• Assist servers by delivering food and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
• Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
• Must be able to communicate with guests and accept and deliver drink orders
Special Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old (18 yrs old to serve alcohol with valid TABC)
• Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code
• Obtain training certification per company policy
