Description
Primary Job Duties:
- Completes weekly theater schedules per labor template and group needs
- Maintain cleanliness of theaters and theater related areas
- Supervise theaters and back of house during peak and off-peak hours
- Responsible for coordinating training of new hires
- Assist in servicing theaters as needed and running food on occasion
- Interact with guests to ensure all guests expectations with their food experience are exceeded
- Oversee all theater departmental functions and other duties as assigned with the guidance of the Theater manager
- Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a manager
- Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Special Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be proficient in menu knowledge and food service basics
- Must possess a valid TABC or other legal license to sell/serve alcohol per local code
- Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code
- Obtain training certification per company policy
