Job Description
As E-Commerce Manager, you should have a comprehensive understanding of how digital media works, and experience with building, executing, and managing products on e-commerce platforms. You should have experience working on multiple accounts at once, putting together performance reports, and working collaboratively with a variety of Account Managers, Strategists and Specialists on the team.
You should have a strong attention for detail, and an eager willingness to learn from some of the best in the business. You will lead and assist with quality assurance, maintenance, and optimization on multiple accounts in collaboration with our team. Being able to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects is a must for this position. We are growing fast, and this is a great opportunity to help build and set strategy for our eCommerce brands.
*Primary Responsibilities*
- Influence the creative direction product listings through performance insights and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Lead digital product delivery projects together with the IT team, internal webmasters and external development firms
- Manage new listing creation and strategy
- Manage and track the execution of A content for product listings
- Monitor product listing brokenness and any other listing issues that may arise
- Develop insights for product page enhancements
- Develop website customer journey quality suggestions
- Propose ways to increase digital growth in the target market
- Report on performance and progress to internal stakeholders
- Support the management of multiple brand master catalog data points
- Optimize processes related to but not limited to the customer journey, purchase journey, product listings, and promotions
- Management of E-Commerce Specialists team as direct reports
- A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to test different website elements, marketing campaigns, or pricing strategies to optimize performance.
- Customer Segmentation: Analyzing customer data to identify different segments and personalize marketing efforts to improve engagement and sales.
*Requirements*
- 3 years experience in web design and managing product listings in an e-commerce platform
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel perform data analysis, including pivot tables and v-lookup functions, etc.
- Thorough understanding of product listing best practices, including but not limited to:
- New listing creation and troubleshooting
- Experience using and pulling insights from
- Self-starter with the ability to stay well-organized in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to multi-task and juggle a variety of priorities at once
- Ability to work independently but also collaboratively as part of a team with other strategists, account managers, and subject matter experts
*Qualifications*
- Shopify and (not required but good to have) Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies and implementation processes
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Not required but preferred: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, information technology, marketing or related fields
