Replenishment Box Runner

Job Summary:

The Replenishment Box Runner is responsible for ensuring that all production or fulfillment areas are consistently supplied with the necessary materials, boxes, and supplies to maintain an efficient workflow. This role plays a key part in keeping production lines stocked, organized, and running smoothly by quickly replenishing items as needed and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver boxes, packaging materials, and supplies to designated workstations or departments as needed.
  
• Monitor stock levels in replenishment areas and restock items before they run out.
  
• Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory in storage areas.
  
• Communicate with leads or supervisors when materials are running low or damaged.
  
• Ensure all boxes and materials are properly labeled and handled to avoid damage.
  
• Follow safety guidelines while operating equipment such as pallet jacks or carts.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Assist with unloading or staging materials for upcoming shifts as needed.
  
• Perform other warehouse or production support duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or production experience a plus.
  
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
  

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced production or warehouse setting.
  
• Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
  
• May involve working around machinery, moving pallets, or variable temperatures, depending on the facility.
