Job Title: Marketing Analyst/Specialist III
Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
Pay Rate: $36–$38/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, display ads, email headers, landing page visuals, and event materials.
- Resize and adapt creative assets for multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Create basic motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Support video production by preparing graphics, overlays, lower thirds, and export-ready files.
- Follow brand guidelines for typography, colors, logos, and design standards.
- Create presentations, marketing collateral, and sales support materials.
- Organize design files, asset libraries, and maintain version control.
- Collaborate with writers, campaign managers, and creative teams to deliver projects on time.
- Review creative briefs, identify issues, and communicate project updates effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Production, or Visual Communications.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding.
- Experience creating digital marketing and social media assets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design and creative work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Figma.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience.
- Experience in B2B Technology, Semiconductor, or Enterprise Software.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, and email marketing creatives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
