Knowledge of VSAM and Hierarchical database structures

Required Skills:

• Technical knowledge and experience with mainframe technology. COBOL 10years, CICS 10 yrs, VSAM 10yrs, and JCL (10yrs.)
• Knowledge and experience in converting data from one application to another (10 yrs.)
• Successful completion of technology projects within area of responsibility
• Analyzing feasibility, compatibility and cost of solutions
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of FARS application
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage business experts in the purpose and use of data in the Benefit Payment Application

Required / Desired Skill

• Technical knowledge and experience with COBOL. Required 10 Years

• Ability to engage business and technical experts in the cleansing and conversion of legacy data to Oracle. Highly desired 5 Years
• Ability to perform mainframe logic and decommissioning. Required 5 Years
