Responsibilities:
- Work together as a team to accomplish company and branch office goals
- Install doors, frames, locks, hinges, and other typical supporting door hardware
- Read and understand Architectural drawings, hardware schedules and shop drawings
- Coordinate with operations for the delivery of materials to the job site
- Understand and learn Commercial Hardware
- Interact with the General Contractors to ensure the job progresses according to plan
- Build a strong relationship between ESI and our customer - identify their needs and create a strong partnership
- Keeping a professional and courteous ongoing contact with our customer during and after the install
- Support our foundation in the stated areas of safety, customer focus and teamwork
- Other duties maybe assigned
- Their own vehicle to get back and forth to work in a timely manner
- Their own basic tools. (Screw drivers, hammers, pliers, wrenches, screw guns, drills, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- 1 to 5 years field experience installing commercial doors
- Possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass drug screening & background checks - no felonies
