This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced technology professional supporting an ultra-high-net-worth executive and family. We are seeking an accomplished technology professional to serve as the dedicated onsite technology leader for a private executive residence in Miami Beach.
This is not a traditional help desk, infrastructure/desktop support, or residential AV position. The successful candidate will oversee the technology ecosystem across a luxury residential estate, ensuring an exceptional white-glove experience while managing executive technology, enterprise-grade networking, smart home systems, AV platforms, vendors, and technology projects. This role requires outstanding judgment, professionalism, discretion, and a proactive service mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary onsite technology resource for the principal and family
- Ensure reliable operation of all residential technology systems, including Windows and macOS computers, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, networking, smart home technology, TVs, and streaming platforms
- Coordinate Crestron, Lutron, networking, AV, lighting, and security vendors
- Manage residential technology projects, upgrades, installations, and system enhancements
- Maintain technology asset inventory and documentation
- Partner with corporate IT and third-party vendors on escalated technical issues
- Continuously improve the reliability, usability, and security of the residential technology environment
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private family offices, senior executives, professional athletes, celebrities, or luxury residential environments
- Strong experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, iOS, Android, networking, Wi-Fi, printers, and consumer technology ecosystems
- Experience coordinating technology vendors and managing multiple concurrent projects
- Familiarity with Crestron, Lutron, or comparable smart home platforms preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanor
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a confidential environment
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel periodically to other U.S. residences
