Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities and active client accounts through cold outreach, referrals, and relationship building
- Complete all aspects of the sales cycle, using a consultative approach, including prospecting/cold calls, meetings, discovery calls, contract negotiation, managing bill rates, and relationship development
- Run client discovery calls to gather technical requirements and collaborate with the delivery team regarding job openings and client requirements to ensure strong candidate matches and interviews are coordinated in a timely manner
- Translate client needs into actionable delivery strategies and personally source, recruit, and close candidates when necessary
Job Requirements:
This role is part of a rotational program, starting in recruiting or business development based on primary experience, then rotating across other aspects of the business like sales, operations, account management, etc. to become a fully versed team member.
- 2-5 years of years of experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, sales, or account management
- Experience in a staffing, consulting, or agency environment strongly preferred
- Confidence making outbound calls and developing new business relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage both client-facing and candidate-facing conversations
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills absolutely required for this role
Additional Information:
This will start as an on-site role based out of our office and can move to a hybrid schedule once you’ve closed your first deal. Our hybrid model includes two (2) remote days/week.
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and how the candidate scores through each step of our interview process.
