Proposal Coordinator

As our company is growing rapidly, we’re looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, The Proposal Coordinator supports company growth through the coordination, writing, and production of proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), and interview materials. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate RFQ and RFP pursuits from kickoff through final submission, managing schedules, assignments, and deadlines
• Analyze pursuit requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop proposal strategies, win themes, and differentiators
• Write, edit, format, and produce proposal content including narratives, resumes, project descriptions, graphics, and presentations
• Ensure all deliverables are accurate, visually polished, compliant, and aligned with Entellus’ brand standards
• Support interview preparation by coordinating presentation materials and graphics
• Maintain proposal and SOQ resources, including project information, resumes, images, and past submissions
• Manage CRM data related to pursuits and project experience
• Provide additional marketing support as needed

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 years of experience as a Proposal Coordinator at an engineering or consulting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Effective communicator with technical professionals and leadership
• Familiarity with the A/E/C industry preferred; strong writers with InDesign experience are encouraged to apply
