Civil Project Manager (PE) - Transportation/Utilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of roadways, pedestrian paths, and water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality municipal infrastructure.
• Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, and reports.
• Coordinate with utility companies and conduct site/field inspections.
• Apply your expertise and mentor others while ensuring accuracy through our established QA/QC processes.

What We’re Looking For

• BS in Civil Engineering with 7-10 years of experience.
• Active Arizona PE license, or ability to obtain within a year.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills both internally and externally
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a desire to make a lasting impact.

Location: Phoenix, AZ 
Salary: $110,000–$180,000 Paid for Every Hour Worked, Bonus, and 401(k) Profit Share
