- Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with Segment Leadership (DM/VP Level) to align sourcing strategies with segment goals; drive adoption and optimization of Sodexo/Entegra’s contracted programs across supported accounts.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Account Managers.
- Local Sourcing Strategy:
- Identify, evaluate, and aggregate local sourcing opportunities in collaboration with segment operations; analyze financial impact and feasibility of local sourcing decisions.
- Distribution Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between broadline distribution centers and regional partners.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination to support account needs and resolve distribution challenges.
