Hiring Radar Systems Engineers (Level 3)

Are you a Systems Engineer with radar or defense experience looking to work on cutting-edge naval technology? This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced S-band, multi-mission radar systems supporting the U.S. Navy and allied defense programs.

You’ll be working on scalable, software-defined radar platforms across fixed, transportable, and shipboard systems—with direct exposure to executive leadership and high-impact engineering work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting integration, test, and validation of radar and combat systems
• Contributing across the full systems lifecycle:
• Requirements development
• Verification & validation (V&V)
• Trade studies
• Modeling & simulation
• System architecture (MBSE)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on mission-critical defense systems

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of Systems Engineering experience (Level 3)
• Experience with at least two of the following:
• Integration & Test
• Requirements Development
• V&V
• Trade Studies
• Modeling & Simulation
• System Architecture
• Strong programming background (C or similar OO language)
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB

⭐ Bonus Points:

• MBSE experience using CAMEO, DOORS, SysML
• Background in radar systems, combat systems, or naval platforms
