Job Requirements
- 6 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
- Technical college degree or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment
- Working knowledge of manufacturing quality management systems
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Experience developing, maintaining, and executing quality management systems and quality control plans
- Experience in manufacturing and metal fabrication environments
- Hands-on experience with arc welding processes
- Hands-on experience with fabrication of carbon, stainless, and alloy metals
- Experience providing production quality support
- Experience conducting audits and inspections
- Experience overseeing supplier management
- Experience leading quality assurance personnel
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading quality initiatives in manufacturing facilities
- Experience supporting supplier quality improvement and compliance
- Experience with welding quality requirements in metal fabrication operations
- Experience maintaining quality documentation and procedures in ISO-regulated environments
- Experience managing plant-level quality control programs

- Lead quality initiatives for a manufacturing facility
- Develop, maintain, and execute the Quality Management System and quality control plans in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
- Oversee supplier management and supplier quality activities
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Provide production quality support across manufacturing operations
- Lead and manage quality assurance personnel
- Support welding and fabrication quality requirements for carbon, stainless, and alloy metal products
- Maintain quality system execution and compliance across the facility
