Engineering Manager

Summary: Seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technical teams in manufacturing, supply chain, and sustaining engineering, focusing on production issues resolution and value engineering.

• Requirements:
• BS in Engineering with 12 years of experience or Graduate Degree with 9 years of experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong background in electrical engineering design and test equipment.
• Preferred Skills:
• Advanced EE degree preferred.
• Experience with aerospace, military, or space-based electronic designs.
• Responsibilities:
• Manage, recruit, mentor, and develop engineers and technicians.
• Serve as manufacturing expert for New Product Development (NPD).
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions for production issues.
• Plan development activities and manage project schedules.
• Write technical specifications and coordinate testing.
