Overview:
Seeking an experienced Electrical Test Engineer with spacecraft integration and testing (I&T) experience, electrical troubleshooting, and hands-on hardware validation for space-based systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Must have: Spacecraft integration and testing (I&T) experience
- Must have: Electrical/electronics testing at unit, subsystem, or spacecraft level
- Experience developing and executing electrical test procedures
- Experience with EGSE, oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and RF test equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience troubleshooting hardware failures and performing root cause analysis
- Familiarity with Linux and Python scripting
- Ability to support occasional overnight/weekend testing and up to 25% travel
Preferred:
- Epsilon 3 test procedure development and execution
- COSMOS/OpenC3 or InControl ground systems
- Spacecraft environmental testing
- AS9100 standards and cleanroom operations
- FlatSat and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing
- Failure analysis (5-Why, Fishbone)
- Spacecraft test verification and requirements analysis
Salary : $80 - $90
