• Turn key projects
• OSHA 30
• HVAC or MEP
• GC’s with experience in $5-10m projects, NOT $100m
• Managing and organizing subcontractors
• Firm on project schedules
• ProCore or Bluebeam
• Retrofits

MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma
• 5 years of experience of construction industry experience
• Prior Site Superintendent experience
• Must have a general working knowledge of basic construction, electricity, mechanical, and HVAC systems, and safety of building construction industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to utilize Microsoft Project to review/revise project schedules/Excel. Experience with Procore.
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal & written) as this is a customer facing role
• Able to lead onsite construction activities based of schedule & scope

NICE TO HAVE

• CO license in either Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing preferred.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
