About the Role

Working within a tight-knit, collaborative sales team, you will serve as the face of our companyengaging directly with prospective customers, securing crucial easements, and helping power local communities. What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Drive Regional Growth: Manage and expand territory sales across North Central Michigan (Big Rapids and North) through direct, face-to-face community outreach.

• Secure Project Infrastructure: Educate prospective customers on the benefits of the utility expansion and successfully secure necessary easements.

• Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with internal project managers and cross-functional teams to meet and exceed yearly regional goals.

• Navigate with Autonomy: Manage your own daily travel, schedule, and territory mapping under general supervision, utilizing a high degree of creativity and latitude.

• Reliable Transportation: A valid drivers license, a clean driving record, and a reliable, insured personal vehicle are required.
