Die Setter Stamping (Progressive Dies)
1st shift. A person who can set small progressive Dies, adjust for stroke and feed rate. Make 1stpiece for quality producing parts reel to reel is a plus. These stamping presses range from 15 Ton - 80 Ton. Pretty small.

What Youll Do
As a key member of our Production Department, you will:
Master the Setup: Install, secure, and configure progressive stamping dies and automatic feeding systems.
Fine-Tune Production: Adjust press parameters (stroke, speed, feed rate) and pitch progression to ensure first-piece perfection.
Troubleshoot & Optimize: Detect and correct misfeeds, strip tracking issues, and tool wear to keep production running smoothly.
Quality Control: Conduct dimensional and visual inspections to ensure every part meets our rigorous standards.
Maintain Excellence: Support 5S initiatives, perform basic tool maintenance, and document setup operations to maintain an organized, efficient shop floor.
Who You Are
Experienced: You have at least 3 years of experience in metal stamping with progressive dies (5 years for Senior-level consideration). Automotive industry experience is a major plus!
Mechanically Minded: You have a strong mechanical aptitude, can read technical drawings, and are comfortable with measurement and inspection tools.
Detail-Oriented: You dont just "set it and forget it"you strive for precision and first-piece conformity every time.
Tech-Savvy: You are familiar with production IT systems and peripheral equipment adjustments.
Certified: A forklift or crane certification is a great bonus.
A Team Player: You have good communication skills and a "continuous improvement"mindset.
